The company also confirms that all the information mentioned in the previous announcement is as it is without modification as follows:- The total amount of distribution is SAR 106,250,000 Number of shares entitled to dividends 85,000,000 Dividend per share SAR 1.25 per share The company calls upon its shareholders to update their data with the SDC member to ensure that their profits are deposited in their accounts with banks on the date of distribution and ensure that bank account numbers are linked to investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited without delay. |
