At a price of (6.68) Saudi Riyals per unit. Note that no subscription fees will be charged, The Fund Manager waived the subscription fees, dealing fees, capital structure fees and financing structuring fees related to the additional offering. The subscription will be available through the following receiving entities: Al Rajhi Bank Bank Aljazira The subscription will be available to anyone who has a portfolio in any financial institution in the Kingdom through the Website of Mulkia Investment Company.
