Accordingly, any creditor of Alinma Tokio Marine has the right to object to the Merger Deal by sending a registered letter to the Alinma Tokio Marine head office located at Riyadh- King Fahd Rd, Al Anoud Building, Tower 2, 21st floor. The creditors' objection period starts from Thursday, 06/03/1445AH (corresponding to 21/09/2023AD), and ends at the end of Friday, 21/03/1445AH (corresponding to 06/10/2023AD).
