Appointing the chairmen and members of the main committees emanating from the Board of Directors, namely: - Nomination and Remuneration Committee - Audit Committee Note that the Audit Committee has been approved for its formation, tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the new session at the above-mentioned Ordinary General Assembly meeting. 3. Appointing company representatives for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations for each of the following: - Capital Market Authority - Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) - Edaa 4. Appointment of Mr. Moaz Mohammad Alzarkan as Secretary of the Board of Directors. |
