Announcement from the Saudi Exchange regarding continuing the Suspension of Trading the Shares of Saudi Cable Co.

In reference to the Capital Market Authority’s   announcement on 19/11/1444H, corresponding to 08/06/2023G,  regarding the issuing its resolution to lift the Authority’s suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company, taking into account the applied procedures of suspending the trading of the listed securities in accordance to the Listing Rules, and the paragraph (c) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules, and in reference to the company’s announcements dated on 08/09/1444H corresponding to 30/03/2023G due to the Company's failure to announce its annual financial statement ending on 31 December 2022 and dated on 03/11/1444H corresponding to 23/05/2023G due to the Company's failure to announce its interim financial statement ending on 31 March 2023 during the specified period mentioned in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority.
 

And given the trade suspension of the Saudi Cable Company's shares until it announces its financial statements in accordance with the Listing Rules and the procedures of Suspending the Trading of Listed Securities in accordance to the Listing Rules, The Saudi Exchange would like to clarify that the suspension of trading of the shares of Saudi Cable Company on the Exchange will continue until the Company announces its financial statement.
