Announcement from the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) Regarding the Suspension of Trading the Shares of Wafrah for Industry and Development Co

Due to failure of Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. to commit to announce its financial results during the specified period mentioned in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G. 
Accordingly, The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) has exercised its power stipulated in the Listing Rules approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G to suspend trading the shares of Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange starting from Sunday 01/12/1439H, corresponding to 12/08/2018G until Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. announces its financial statements
