An Announcement from Capital Market Authority regarding the approval of Exchange Traded Fund " Yaqeen S&P ESG MENA ETF"
The Capital Market Authority announces that it has issued its resolution approving Yaqeen Capital request to offer "Yaqeen S&P ESG MENA ETF" units on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as an Exchange Traded Fund.
Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of "Yaqeen S&P ESG MENA ETF" can be obtained from the fund manager’s website and the CMA's website, which contain all relevant information that the investor needs to consider before making (or refraining from) an investment decision.

The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company through the issuance of bonus shares
The CMA has issued its resolution approving Al Ashghal Almoysra Company's request to increase its capital from SAR (24,000,000) to SAR (48,000,000) through issuing (1) bonus share for every (1) existing share owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the due date which will be determined later by the Company's board, such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SAR (24,000,000) from “Retained earnings” account to the Company's capital. Consequently, increasing the Company's outstanding shares from (2,400,000) shares to (4,800,000) shares, by an increase of (2,400,000) shares. The extraordinary general assembly shall be held within six months from this approval date and the Company shall satisfy all regulatory requirements and applicable laws.

Total equity market capitalization at the end of the 1st Half 2025 reached SAR 9,126.04 billion (US$ 2,433.61 billion), decreasing by 9.25% over the same period of the previous year.
