The Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. EGM held on   Sunday 20/06/1443 H, corresponding to 23/01/2022 G has approved the company’s request for a capital reduction. Thus, the fluctuation limits for   Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.   will be based on a share price of SAR 86.30  and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the company will be suspended as per the Listing Rules for two business days. starting from  Monday  21/06/1443 H, corresponding to 24/01/2022 G,  until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects  shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, lifting the suspension of trading will be end of  Tuesday   22/06/1443 H, corresponding to 25/01/2022 G
