Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (3,710,021,000) detailed as follow:

1.    Increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 1,315,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 29,720,212,000.

2.    Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR 1,550,011,000 to reach a total of SAR 13,673,040,000.

3.    Increase in issuance 2024- 04-12 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 765,010,000to reach a total of SAR 12,195,126,000.

4.    Increase in issuance 09-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5333) by SAR 80,000,000to reach a total of SAR 19,175,392,000.

 
Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 24/04/2025.
