Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed
Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (4,081,722,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 489,305,000 to reach a total of SAR 30,209,517,000. 2. Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR 1,300,003,000 to reach a total of SAR 14,973,043,000. 3. Increase in issuance 12-04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 1,288,414,000 to reach a total of SAR 13,483,540,000. 4. Increase in issuance 09-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5333) by SAR 1,004,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 20,179,392,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 22/05/2025.

The Capital Market Authority approves ACWA POWER Company’s request to increase its capital by way of Rights Issue
The CMA has announced its resolution approving ACWA POWER Company’s request to increase its capital by way of rights issue valued at SAR (7,124,999,700). The increase will be limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders’ registry at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the extraordinary general assembly meeting, which will be determined by the Company’s board of directors at a later date. The offering price and the number of shares offered for subscription will be determined by the Company after market closing of the same day in which the extraordinary general assembly meeting is to be held. After reviewing the Company’s application in light of the governing regulatory requirements, and the quantitative and qualitative criteria applicable to all companies requesting a capital increase, the CMA has issued its resolution approving ACWA POWER Company’s capital increase request highlighted above. The rights issue prospectus will be posted and made available to the public at a later time. An investment decision based on the Company’s board recommendation to increase its capital or the CMA’s approval without carefully reading the rights issue prospectus or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk.
