Announcement from the Saudi Exchange Regarding the Suspension of Trading the Shares of Anaam International Holding Group.
Anaam International Holding Group published its financial statements ending on 2021-09-30 ( Nine Months ) on The Saudi Exchange website on Thursday 06/04/1443H, corresponding to 11/11/2021G. The company auditors’ report contained Adverse conclusion on the 2021-09-30 ( Nine Months ) .
According to the Exchange’s authorities stipulated in the Listing Rules, and to the Procedures of Suspension of Listed Securities, Saudi Exchange will perform the following:
1. Suspend trading of Anaam International Holding Group shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange for one trading day dated on Sunday 09/04/1443H, corresponding to 14/11/2021G.
1. Suspend trading of Anaam International Holding Group shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange for one trading day dated on Sunday 09/04/1443H, corresponding to 14/11/2021G.
2. Anaam International Holding Group shares will resume trading for twenty trading sessions starting from Monday 10/04/1443H, corresponding to 15/11/2021G following the one-day suspension, where the company is required to announce that the Adverse conclusion has been removed before the end of Sunday 08/05/1443H, corresponding to 12/12/2021G.
3. In case the company did not announce the removal of Adverse conclusion during the period stated in point (2), trading of Anaam International Holding Group shares will be suspended again starting from Monday 09/05/1443H, corresponding to 13/12/2021G until the company announces that the Adverse conclusion is removed.
