| The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current year compared to the last year is | Year 2022 sales were SAR 1,075.9 million, which increased by 23.9% compared to last year, driven by same store sales growth, in addition to the opening of 68 new corporate stores during the year. Year 2022 reported net income was SAR 115.3 million, which is slightly lower by 1.8% compared to last year, mainly attributed to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan “ESOP” cost, which was issued in year 2022 along with the IPO, amounting to around SAR 16.0 million. Year 2022 adjusted net income excluding the ESOP cost was SAR 131.3 million, which is higher by 11.8% compared to last year. |
