The Company would like to remind its valued Shareholders that electronic voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) will be available to shareholders registered on (Tadawulati) website starting from (01:00) am from the morning of Sunday 01-11-1444 AH corresponding to 21-05-2023 AD, until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly’s session. Note that registration and voting will be available to all shareholders on Tadawulaty Services website at the following link: https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa Attached is an explanation of the electronic voting process.
