Fourth: Formation of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee (RNC) from the following members: 1) Mr. Riyadh Otibi Alzahrani (Independent Member) as Chairman of the Committee. 2) Mr. Waleed Khaled Fatani (Non-executive Member) as Member. 3) Mr. Murhaf Mohamed Elsaman (External of the Board) as Member.
