| Additional Information | We would like to draw the attention of the unitholders to the fact that the total distributions for the fiscal year 2023 is SAR 92,474,699.81, equivalent to SAR 1.115 per unit, representing 11.15% of the initial unit price. The Fund units that were previously repurchased by the Fund will not have any voting rights and will not be entitled to receive Fund dividends. The Fund Manager will temporarily suspend the buy-back of Units until the close of trading day on Thursday, 16th Shawwal 1445H corresponding to April 25th, 2024. The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions |
