And with the desire of Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company to provide information related to the offering before the Extraordinary General Assembly, which is scheduled to be held, God willing, at exactly Seven in the evening on Sunday 06-08-1444H, corresponding to 26-02-2023G, at JW Marriott (Burg Rafal) and through modern technology means using the Tadawulaty system, to vote on the capital increase and the amendment of the Articles of Association, the company would like to announce to its shareholders and the public that access to the rights issue prospectus attached below, and published on the website of the Capital Market Authority. Noting that offering priority rights shares under this Prospectus depends on the approval of the shareholders at the above-mentioned Extraordinary General Assembly meeting. |
