| Announcement Detail | Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announces the scheduled periodic Turnaround maintenance of International Vinyl Company (IVC) and International Acetyl Company (IAC) and International Gases Company (IGC) ,an affiliates of Sipchem, which will contribute to enhance the reliability of the plants and allow to achieve their future operational plans. This scheduled turnaround maintenance of the Plants will be started on Wednesday 1st May 2024 and lasting for a four (4) weeks period. This turnaround is in accordance with the company 2024 business plan. The financial impact of this scheduled turnaround will depend on the actual duration of the turnaround and average sales prices and will be reflected in the 2nd Quarter of 2024 financial results. The Company has taken the necessary actions to limit the potential impact on its customers. Sipchem will make further announcement in relation to any updates and progress as appropriate. |
