The company would like to notify its shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty electronic trading services can vote electronically on the AGM agenda items starting from Friday, 03 /05/ 2024 corresponding to 24/10/1445 (as per Um Al-Qura Calendar). at 01:00 a.m. until the end of the AGM. The registration and voting are free of charge and will be available through the electronic voting service following the below link:
