Saudi Exchange celebrates Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC) as an Exchange Member

Riyadh, 29 November 2023: The Saudi Exchange today welcomed Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC) as its newest Exchange Member. Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC) is a member of the top tier Hong Kong-based financial institution Valuable Capital Group Limited. The Exchange Member ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange, Mr. Wael Alhazzani, CEO of Muqassa, Mrs. Hanan Alshehri, Acting CEO of Edaa, and Mr. Steven Chou, Chairman of Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC).

As an Exchange Member, Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC) will provide Advising, Dealing, and Custody services, helping investors in Saudi Arabia build international investment portfolios. Additional services, such as IPO advisory, asset management, and fixed income will also be provided by VCFC upon receiving approval from the Capital Market Authority.

In addition to its membership with the Saudi Exchange, Valuable Capital Financial Company also became a Direct Clearing Member (DCM) with Muqassa and a Custody Member with Edaa.
