Capital Market Authority announces the Suspension of Trading the Share of Tihama Advertising Public Relations and Marketing Company

Reference to the Tihama Advertising Public Relations and Marketing Company's announcement on 10/03/1444H (corresponding to 06/10/2022G) about registering an application with the court for commencing a financial restructuring procedure for the issuer in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law. 
And based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) Dated 02/06/1424H and the sub-clause (13) of paragraph (a) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules issued under the CMA Board resolution no. (3-123-2017) Dated 09/04/1439H (corresponding to 27/12/2017G), the CMA has issued its resolution to suspend the trading of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from Sunday 13/03/1444H (corresponding to 09/10/2022G).
