Ltd. with register No 1010264660 on 03/21/2009 On 06/23/2014, Muhammad Mishnan Suleiman Al Shukri Al Dosari and partner Faisal Khatam Awad Al Khatim Al Zahrani, the agency branch of Awad Muhammad Banaim and Sons Company for Trade Ltd. equally between the two partners, and the partners also decided to transform the branch of Awad Muhammad Banaim and Sons Trading Co. Ltd. into a limited liability company in the name of Co. Aqasem Factory for Chemical and Plastic Materials With a capital of three hundred thousand 300000 Saudi riyals divided into three hundred inkind shares each share is one thousand 1000 Saudi riyals distributed between each of 1 partner Mohammed bin Mishnan bin Suleiman AlDossary at the rate of one hundred and fifty 150 shares representing 50 of the total ownership of the company and 2 Partner Faisal bin Khatam bin On 17/11/2020 the partners decided to increase the companys capital from 300000 Saudi riyals to 25000000 Saudi riyals divided into 2500000 shares of equal value the value of each share being ten Saudi riyals and on 09/12/2020 each partner waived Muhammad bin Mishnan bin Suleiman AlDosari and the partner Faisal bin Khatam bin Awad AlZahrani for the number of one million eight hundred and fortysix thousand of the capital
