Firstly: Business Solutions, which provides services under the following subsegments: Information Technology Managed Services: Focused on providing management of IT systems, software, network and infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT environment. IT Consulting Services: IT consulting services involve providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of information technology (IT) to achieve their business objectives by enabling customers to access the Company highly skilled IT professionals. Business Managed Services: Outsourced solutions for essential business functions, (including logistics, human resources, and supply chain management), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Secondly: Industrial Solutions, under which the Group (and more specifically the Subsidiary) provides the following services: Industrial Reclamation Services: Providing Industrial Reclamation Services through Distillation and Ion Exchange technologies (including third-party US patented technologies as well as technologies developed in house). Industrial Maintenance Services: This extends to conducting inspections and assessments of industrial products at customers facilities, and providing specialized consulting services tailored to customers needs. The Subsidiary then undertakes the supply of industrial products and the supervision thereof. An example of this includes thermal flares, thermal oxidizers, specialized cables and their spare parts, where the Subsidiary also provides the necessary engineering supervision for maintenance operations. Thirdly, Specialized Solutions, which includes the following: IoT Smart Solutions: Providing the procurement, installation and commissioning of IoT equipment. The core products in this field include sensors and communication units, which are supplied, installed, and operated for the benefit of customers. Industrial Supply: Through the Subsidiary, marketing and selling specialty chemicals manufactured by the Subsidiary and others.
