Tadawul Organizes a Listing Forum in Cooperation with Riyadh Chamber of Commerce
Riyadh, 24 November 2019: Under the patronage of HE Mohammed Al Kuwaiz, Charmin of Capital Market Authority (CMA), The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) today organized the Listing Forum in cooperation with Riyadh Chamber of Commerce in presence of Eng. Khalid Al Hussan, Tadawul's CEO, and Ajlan Al Ajlan, Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. In addition to other financial and law advisors, board members, CEOs and capital market experts.
The forum included panel discussions to highlight listing matters in the capital market and government incentives aimed at supporting companies to go public. The panels also discussed the recent announced changes on Nomu – Parallel Market that aims to develop the parallel market and maximize liquidity and number of listed companies.
The CMA chairman, HE Mohammed Al Kuwaiz and Tadawul's CEO, Khalid Al Hussan participated in a panel discussion "Recent Changes on the Saudi Capital Market", followed by an open discussion with companies that are preparing for listing.
Tadawul organizes listing forums in cooperation with Chambers of Commerce around the Kingdom, to link issuers and investors, raise awareness through forums and workshops that focuses on listing incentives, investor relations, governance and continuous disclosures.
