HSBC Saudi Arabia Announces the Final Price for the Initial Public Offering of MBC Group

| Announcement Detail | On behalf of MBC Group (“MBC” or the “Company”), HSBC Saudi Arabia in its capacity as Lead Manager, and HSBC Saudi Arabia, J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia and SNB Capital as Financial Advisors, Bookrunners and Underwriters on the potential initial public offering of MBC Group (the “Offering”) announces the successful completion of the book-building process for the participating parties tranche and the setting of the final price as SAR (25) per share with a coverage of approximately 66x of the total offer shares.
The Individual Subscribers tranche subscription process will commence on Thursday 14 December 2023 and ends on Monday 18 December 2023 at 5:00PM KSA time. A maximum of (3,325,000) offer shares, representing 10% of the total offer shares, will be allocated to Individual Subscribers.
GIB Capital is acting as the financial advisor to the substantial shareholders.
