Company History
INMAR Real Estate Development & Investment formerly known as Enma Alrawabi Company was established as a Saudi closed joint stock company on 16 January 2011 corresponding 12-02-1432 AH under Ministerial Resolution No 117-G and Commercial Registration No 1010306291 issued in Riyadh The company initial capital was SAR 2,000,000, divided into 200,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share On 2 September 2020 corresponding 14-01-1442 AH the Extraordinary General Assembly approved a significant increase in the company capital from SAR 2 million to SAR 400 million, fully paid and divided into 40 million ordinary shares. This increase of SAR 398 million was achieved through Transferring the entire balance of additional contributions amounting to SAR 189,190,000. Transferring SAR 108,810,000 from the account of shareholder Mr. Ibrahim Saad Muhammad AlMousa - related parties-. Transferring SAR 100,000,000 from retained earnings Today,INMAR Real Estate Development & Investment stands as a solid and growing entity, driven by strong shareholder support and a clear vision for sustainable growth in the Saudi market.
