AlFakhira Men''s Tailoring Company was established in 1978 by Mr. Suleiman Hamad Al Yahya as a sole proprietorship, when the Mr. Suleiman and all shareholders agreed to convert the company''s branches into a closed joint-stock company with a capital of 10,000,000 SAR. As a result of the company''s growth and development of its activity, AlFakhira acquired AlKisaei Men''s Fabrics Company in 2021, and in 2023 the capital was increased to 30,000,000 SAR. Successes continued until it became the first Saudi clothing manufacturing company listed on the parallel market with a capital of 36,000,000 SAR
