As of the date of this announcement prior to the offering, the companys current capital is eleven million (11,000,000) Saudi Riyals, divided into one million and one hundred thousand(1,100,000) equal-value ordinary shares, with each share valued at ten(10) Saudi Riyals, fully paid.
