The company was initially established in 2001 as a sole proprietorship under the name of Almujtama Alhadithah Pharmacy by its founder Abdulaziz Omar Khojah under the commercial registration No. (4030134617) issued from the city of Jeddah on 11/05/1422 AH (corresponding to 01/08/2001 AD), then a series of individual institutions and companies were acquired later during different periods of time and were all combined under one umbrella in the name of Almujtama Al-Raida Medical Company registered under the commercial register No. (4030241534) issued from the city of Jeddah on 14/04/1434 AH (corresponding to 24/02/2013 AD).
