Company overview
Armah Sports Company started its operations in 2019G as a limited liability company to manage sports centers for both men and women. The Company''s strategy focuses on expanding its presence and increasing the number of its clubs in the main cities of the Kingdom. This is done by establishing new clubs in different cities and carefully selecting suitable locations for these clubs in alignment with its standards. As part of its strategy, the company aims to establish a network comprising 35 clubs. The company introduced its two brand names, (B_Fit) and (Optimo), presenting them as a novel concept for health clubs and physical fitness in the Middle East market. In collaboration with a global agency based in London, the company''s club''s interior designs and branding were developed. The company emphasized incorporating intelligence as a primary feature in its clubs, distinguishing its brands, and incorporated a wide range of technological innovations in its establishments. Furthermore, the company worked on diversifying its products on offer, which include: 1- Monthly memberships. 2- Products that transfer ownership to the customer immediately upon purchase. 3- Personal training sessions.
Company History
Armah Sports Company is a Saudi closed joint stock company incorporated by virtue of Ministry of Commerce Resolution No. 1292, dated 17 Rabi al Awwal 1444H (corresponding to 13 October 2022G), and registered under Commercial Registration No. 1010559940, dated 16 Jumada al Akhirah 1440H (corresponding to 19 February 2019G) issued in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The share capital of the Company is two hundred and seventy eight million five hundred and twenty five thousand Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR 287,525,000), divided into twenty eight million seven hundred and fifty two thousand and five hundred (28,752,500) ordinary shares, with a fully paid nominal value of ten Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR 10).
