The company does not carry out its activities except after obtaining the statutory licenses, if any, which are required by the prevailing and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Company History
The Munawla Cargo Company was established as a limited liability company under the Memorandum of Association dated 10/11/1417 AH (corresponding to 03/19/1997 AD) and under Commercial Registration No. (2050032335) issued in Dammam on 01/12/1418 AH (corresponding to May 19, 1997 AD), with a capital of five hundred thousand (500,000) Saudi riyals divided into fifty (50) cash shares, the value of each share being ten thousand (10,000) Saudi riyals, paid in full On 06/23/1438 AH (corresponding to 03/22/2017 AD), the company transformed from a limited liability company into a closed joint stock company with a capital of ten million (10,000,000) Saudi riyals, divided into one million (1,000,000) shares, the value of each share of which is ten (10) Saudi riyals, all of which are ordinary shares paid up in full, and the company has been registered in the joint stock companies register according to Ministerial Resolution No. (/ 211) dated 06/28/1438 AH (corresponding to 03/27/2017 AD), and Ministerial Resolution No. (/ 274). The current capital of the company is ten million (10,000,000) Saudi riyals, divided into one million (1,000,000) fully paid ordinary shares, the value of each share of which is ten (10) Saudi riyals, all of which are ordinary shares of one class. No shareholder is given any preferential rights.
