Yanbu Cement company produces Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), Sulphate Resisting Cement (SRC) , Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) and Masonry Cement.
Company History
Establishment of the company Yanbu Cement Co. was established on 24-03-1397 corresponding to 14-03-1977 with a capital of (700) million riyals, divided into (7) million shares. with a par value of (100) Saudi riyals per share First change on the company capital: The capital was increased on 17-04-1414 corresponding to 03-10-1993 to (1,050) thousand million riyals, with an increase of (350) million riyals through the issuance of priority rights shares, and the shares were re-divided so that their nominal value became fifty (50) riyals per share and the number of (21) million shares. Second change on the company capital: The capital was increased on 12-05-1434 corresponding to 24-03-2013 to (1,575) thousand million riyals, with an increase of (525) million riyals by granting shares. Shares have also been re-split, so that their nominal value becomes (10) riyals per share and the total number of the shares is (157,500) million shares.
