Company overview
Since its establishment in 2004, (ENTAJ) has emerged as a distinguished brand of the Arab Agricultural and Industrial Investment Company Notably, the company launched the (ENTAJ)brand as a key contributor to the Kingdom s food supply chain. Through (ENTAJ) the company supports local poultry products in response to growing demand. The Arab Company for Agricultural and Industrial Investment is recognized as one of the leading producers in the Kingdom s poultry market.
Company History
The Arab Agricultural and Industrial Investment Company began investing in the poultry production industry as a business unit under the name ARASCO Foods in 2004. On 25/08/1432H (corresponding to 26/07/2011G), the company was converted into a limited liability company under Commercial Registration No. (1010318944) with a capital of fifty million (50,000,000) Saudi riyals, divided into fifty thousand (50,000) shares, each with a nominal value of one thousand (1,000) Saudi riyals. On 23/04/1445H (corresponding to 07/11/2023G), the company was transformed into a closed joint-stock company with a capital of three hundred million (300,000,000) Saudi riyals, divided into thirty million (30,000,000) ordinary shares, each with a fully paid nominal value of ten (10) Saudi riyals per share. Its annual production capacity has exceeded 90 million birds, classifying Intaj as one of the fastest-growing poultry production companies in the Kingdom. The company''s initial expansion reached 60 million birds per year, and with improvements and acceleration in the production line, the capacity increased to 90 million birds annually.
