إدارة وتشغيل الفنادق والموتيلات والشقق الفندقية والشاليهات ، وإدارة وتأجير العقارات والمراكز والمعارض التجارية وكذلك التطوير العقاري للمباني السكنية والتجارية والوساطة العقارية وشراء وبيع الأراضي والعقارات .
Company History
تأسست شركة طيبة للاستثمار في العام 1988، كشركةٍ رائدة في قطاعات الضيافة والعقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية؛ وتتمتع الشركة بسمعة عريقة في قطاع الفنادق وإدارة الممتلكات والمرافق والتطوير العقاري وإدارة الأصول، ولديها محفظة متنوعة من المشاريع تضم أكثر من 39 منشأة، تشمل فنادق ومجمعات سكنية ومراكز تجارية، بإجمالي أكثر من 7,700 مفتاحاً وأكثر من 8 عقارات إضافية قيد التطوير. وفي العام 2024، حققت الشركة إحدى أهم توسعاتها الاستراتيجية، بعد إتمام عملية الدمج مع شركة دور للضيافة، كبرى شركات الضيافة والتطوير وإدارة العقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية. وهو ما أسهم في ترسيخ حضور علامة طيبة للاستثمار في معظم مناطق المملكة، وبخاصة في المدن المقدسة. تلتزم طيبة للاستثمار بتقديم خيارات استثنائية للضيافة والإقامة عبر مجموعتها من العلامات التجارية السعودية المتخصصة في هذا المجال. ويشمل ذلك فنادق العقيق، فنادق مكارم، نور من مكارم، ومجتمعات دور. كما أن شراكتها مع عدد من أشهر العلامات التجارية عالمياً مثل فنادق ومنتجعات IHG، وماريوت الدولية، وأكور تعزز قدرتها على تقديم وتطوير مجموعة واسعة من خدمات الضيافة والإقامة المتميزة التي تناسب كل فئات الضيوف.
