The activities of Al Ramz Real Estate Company focus on integrated real estate development, including the construction and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, contracting and infrastructure works, as well as the acquisition, sale, leasing, management, and operation of real estate properties and land. The Company also undertakes the development of real estate projects owned by the Company or third parties, including related operation, maintenance, and facility support services.
Company History
Al Ramz Real Estate Company is a Saudi closed joint stock company operating in the real estate development sector. The Company focuses on developing integrated mixed use urban projects including residential commercial and service towers designed in accordance with architectural concepts inspired by the Salmani style reflecting the Kingdoms urban identity while enhancing sustainability and quality of life. The Company was established in 2016 as a limited liability company with a capital of SAR 500,000 divided into 50,000 ownership interests each with a nominal value of SAR 10. In 2021 the Company was converted into a closed joint stock company and its capital was increased to SAR 50,000,000 divided into 5,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share. In 2021 the Extraordinary General Assembly approved an increase in the Companys capital to SAR 300,000,000 divided into 30,000,000 ordinary shares through the capitalization of SAR 238,358,653 from additional paid in capital and SAR 11,641,347 from retained earnings. In 2024 the Extraordinary General Assembly approved a further increase in the Companys capital to SAR 428,571,430 divided into 42,857,143 ordinary shares each with a nominal value of SAR 10 through the issuance of 12,857,143 ordinary shares offered for public subscription as part of the Companys expansion strategy and to support the financing of its real estate development projects. The Company is headquartered in Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in line with best professional practices in the real estate development sector.
