CMA Announces the Approval of Public Offering of ALAWWAL Promising Growth Fund.
The CMA has issued its resolution approving the public offer, by "AlAwwal Capital Company”, of " ALAWWAL Promising Growth Fund" An Investment decision without reading the Terms and Conditions carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the Terms and Conditions which includes detailed information on the Fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to be able to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks. If the Terms and conditions proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information. The CMA's approval of the fund should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, The CMA's approval of the fund merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.

Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed
Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (1,640,207,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 205,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 38,501,302,000. 2. Increase in issuance 08-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5332) by SAR 650,206,000 to reach a total of SAR 23,977,507,000. 3. Increase in issuance 10-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5334) by SAR 50,001,000 to reach a total of SAR 25,820,347,000. 4. Increase in issuance 12-04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 25,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 49,264,406,000. 5. Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR 5,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 55,596,385,000. 6. Increase in issuance 15-01-2026 (Tadawul code: 5379) by SAR 705,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 18,586,225,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from **/**/20**.

The CMA Approves the Registration of "Kreston NBB for Professional Consulting" to Carry on Audit Engagements for Entities Subject to Its Supervision
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) Board issued its resolution approving the registration of Kreston NBB for Professional Consulting to carry out audit engagements for entities subject to the Authority's supervision (ESAS), in accordance with the conditions and limitations set by the CMA pursuant to its authority under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations, provided that the Company shall not commence conducting audit engagements for listed companies and Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) until it satisfies the specified conditions and limitations for it. The CMA’s approval on registering the Company aims to carry out audit engagements for ESAS, as the financial statements and financial information are considered a main factor to enhance the confidence of the market and raise the level of transparency and disclosure in the capital market, and since it is the means through which the entities can deliver the financial information to the users of the said statements to take their decisions in a timely manner. Following this new registration, the number of registered accounting firms with the CMA has increased to 17, while the total number of registered Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) has reached 58. It is worth mentioning that in 2022, the CMA amended the Rules for Registering Auditors of Entities Subject to the Authority's Supervision, which were issued in 2018, with the aim of developing the procedures for registering ESAS’s auditors. The Capital Market Authority announcement in relation to the suspension of trading the shares of United Cooperative Assurance Co.
In reference to the United Cooperative Assurance Co. announcement on the Saudi Exchange Company website on 28/03/1448H, corresponding to 10/09/2026G, regarding the registration of the application for the commencement of the liquidation procedure against the Company. And based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree number (M/30) dated 2/6/1424H, and sub-clause (14) of the clause (a) of the Article (38) of the Listing Rules. The CMA Board has issued its resolution to the suspension of the trading of the shares of the Company on the Saudi Exchange starting from Sunday 02/04/1448H (corresponding to 13/09/2026G) until the CMA issues its resolution and the commercial court issues its decision of accepting or rejecting the commencement of the liquidation procedure.
