The Saudi Exchange announces the reclassification of some listed companies in accordance to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS)

In accordance to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), the Saudi Exchange announces the reclassification of some listed companies in the Main Market and the Parallel Market (NOMU), effective from the start of trading on Sunday, 13/09/2026.

Ten companies have been reclassified (four companies in the Main Market and six companies in the Parallel Market), as follows:

Main Market:

1. Transfer of Jabal Omar Development Co. (4250) to Consumer Discretionary Sector - Level 1, Consumer Services Industry Group - Level 2.
2. Transfer of Taiba Investments Co. (4090) to Consumer Discretionary Sector - Level 1, Consumer Services Industry Group - Level 2.
3. Transfer of AYYAN Investment Co. (2140) to Consumer Staples Sector - Level 1, Food & Beverages Industry Group - Level 2.
4. Transfer of Fitaihi Holding Group (4180) to Consumer Discretionary Distribution & Retail Industry Group - Level 2.

NOMU - Parallel Market:

1. Transfer of Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Co. (9631) to Industrials Sector - Level 1, Capital Goods Industry Group - Level 2. 
2. Transfer of Service Equipment Co. (9633) to Consumer Discretionary Sector - Level 1, Consumer Discretionary Distribution & Retail Industry Group - Level 2.
3. Transfer of Anmat Technology for Trading Co. (9639) to Information Technology Sector - Level 1, Software & Services Industry Group - Level 2.
4. Transfer of National Signage Industrial Co. (9645) to Information Technology Sector - Level 1, Technology Hardware & Equipment Industry Group - Level 2 (new Industry Group).
5. Transfer of Multi Business Group Co. (9619) to Capital Goods Industry Group - Level 2.
6. Transfer of Alfakhera for Mens Tailoring Co. (9618) to Consumer Discretionary Distribution & Retail Industry Group - Level 2.
