Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing and Trading Government Debt Instruments

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of ^ (12,350,711,000) detailed as follow:

1-    Issuance number 2026-07-10 with a total value of ^10,550,711,000
2-    Issuance number 2026-07-15 with a total value of ^1,800,000,000

Accordingly, listing and trading the government debt instruments shall commence starting from Monday 20-07-2026.
