CMA: Acceptance of Request to Register Class Action Filed by an Investor Against Hamil AlMusk for Business Services Holding Company
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announces the issuance of the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes’ (CRSD) decision No. (33/L/D1/C/2026) of 1448 H., dated 06/01/1448 H., corresponding to 21/06/2026, approving the acceptance of the request to register the class action lawsuit filed by an investor against Hamil AlMusk for Business Services Holding Company, as a result of the Company’s act when it offered its shares for public subscription without following the regulatory procedures and in violation of the rules of Article (31) of the Capital Market Law. The CMA notes that any person who had subscribed in the shares of Hamil AlMusk for Business Services Holding Company, has the right to submit a request to the CRSD to join the aforementioned class action within (90) days from the date of this announcement, pursuant to Article (57) of the Resolution of Securities Disputes Proceedings Regulations. The CRSD will examine the submitted request according to the lawful procedures. The CMA reaffirms its commitment to investor protection and to enforcing the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations in a manner that ensures fairness, efficiency, and transparency in securities transactions. The CMA also emphasizes that protecting investors in the capital market from unfair or improper practices involving fraud, deception, or manipulation remains one of its top priorities. The CMA is constantly working to provide appropriate means for investors to exercise their rights, and organize and develop procedures that assure limiting the risks connected to securities dealings, as well as facilitating litigation procedures for securities dealers and reduce litigation costs, all in a manner that ensures those affected receive their compensation as quickly and easily as possible, aiming to achieve investor protection. Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed
Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR(9,517,877,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 08-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5332) by SAR1,550,000,000 to reach a total of SAR23,327,301,000. 2. Increase in issuance 10-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5334) by SAR2,395,560,000 to reach a total of SAR25,770,346,000. 3. Increase in issuance 12-04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR258,000,000 to reach a total of SAR49,239,406,000. 4. Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR4,064,317,000 to reach a total of SAR55,591,385,000. 5. Increase in issuance 15-01-2026 (Tadawul code: 5379) by SAR1,250,000,000 to reach a total of SAR17,881,225,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 20/08/2026.

The CMA has issued its resolution approving the public offer, by "ANB Capital Company”, of “anb Monthly Distributions Fund” An investment decision without reading the Terms and Conditions carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk.
