With reference to Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund announcement on the Saudi Exchange website dated 15/06/2026 regarding the Fund’s unitholders’ approval to delist the fund as a listed closed-ended investment fund.

The Saudi Exchange announces the suspension of trading in Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund units in the Saudi Exchange, effective as of Thursday 18/06/2026 to commence delisting procedures of the fund’s units.
