  Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (7,867,940,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 08-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5332) by SAR 1,176,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 13,455,258,000. 2. Increase in issuance10-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5334) by SAR 1,387,460,000 to reach a total of SAR 16,791,505,000. 3. Increase in issuance 2024- 04-12 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 1,597,500,000 to reach a total of SAR 37,002,651,000. 4.
