The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment Company through the issuance of bonus shares
The CMA has issued its resolution approving Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment Company's request to increase its capital from SAR (100,000,000) to SAR (300,000,000) through issuing (2) bonus shares for every (1) existing share owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the due date which will be determined later by the Company's board, such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SAR (200,000,000) from “Retained earnings” account to the Company's capital. Consequently, increasing the Company's outstanding shares from (10,000,000) shares to (30,000,000) shares, by an increase of (20,000,000) shares. The extraordinary general assembly shall be held within six months from this approval date and the Company shall satisfy all regulatory requirements and applicable laws.

CMA Announces the Approval of Public Offering of "Waqf Alawqaf Fund”
The CMA has issued its resolution approving the public offer, by "Al Rajhi Capital”, of "Waqf Alawqaf Fund”. An Investment decision without reading the Terms and Conditions carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the Terms and Conditions which includes detailed information on the Fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to be able to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks. If the Terms and conditions proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information. The CMA's approval of the fund should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, The CMA's approval of the fund merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
