With reference to the announcement of The Saudi Exchange on 11/07/1447H, corresponding to 31/12/2025G regarding approving Nofoth Food Products Co. request to transfer from Nomu - Parallel Market to the Main Market.
The Saudi Exchange announces that the listing and trading of Nofoth Food Products Co. shares in the Main Market will commence on Wednesday dated 02/08/1447H corresponding to 21/01/2026G with the symbol (2288) in the sector (Food & Beverages), and the daily fluctuation limits of the share price will be 10%.

The CMA has issued its resolution approving Methanol Chemicals Company’s request to reduce its capital from SAR (674,508,630) to SAR (150,000,000), thus reducing the number of shares from (67,450,863) shares to (15,000,000) shares. The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company through the issuance of bonus shares
The CMA has issued its resolution approving Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company's request to increase its capital from SAR (105,000,000) to SAR (210,000,000) through issuing (1) bonus share for every (1) existing share owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the due date which will be determined later by the Company's board, such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SAR (93,000,000) from “Retained earnings” account and an amount of SAR (12,000,000) from “Reserve” account to the Company's capital. Consequently, increasing the Company's outstanding shares from (10,500,000) shares to (21,000,000) shares, by an increase of (10,500,000) shares. The extraordinary general assembly shall be held within six months from this approval date and the Company shall satisfy all regulatory requirements and applicable laws.

In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that MIZA Capital company has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Managing Investments and Advising Activities in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA resolution dated 17/03/1447H corresponding to 09/09/2025G.
