The Capital Market Authority "CMA" Board has issued its resolution dated on 22/12/1446H corresponding to 18/06/2025G approving of Quality Education Company’s "the Company" application for the registration and offering of (2,500,000) shares representing (20.00%) of the Company's share capital in the Parallel Market.
