The Board has appointed Mr. Bashaar Yahya Al Qunaibit as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, effective 1 June 2026, after obtaining the non-objection from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). On this occasion, the Board of Directors extends its congratulations to Mr. Bashaar Yahya Al Qunaibit on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, wishing him every success in leading the Bank towards achieving its strategic objectives and further strengthening its sustainable growth trajectory. |
