| Announcement Detail | Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that it has received the Ministry of Energy approval on 25 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1446H, corresponding to December 16, 2025 to allocate the necessary feedstock for the development of the Fourth Phosphate Project. This project aims to produce 1.1 million tons of ammonia and increase the production of phosphate and specialty fertilizers by approximately 2.5 million tons annually, bringing Maaden’s total fertilizer production capacity to around 12 million tons per year. This milestone reinforces Maaden’s position as one of the world’s largest producers of phosphate fertilizers. The company will commence the required engineering studies and secure all necessary regulatory approvals. Any material developments related to this project will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
