| Announcement Detail | Cenomi Centers, held the Grand Opening event of U Walk Jeddah on the evening of Thursday 15th of February. U Walk Jeddah is the city’s first hybrid mall concept that integrates indoor and outdoor retail and experiences. U Walk Jeddah is located in the Al Zahar district, with direct access via major roads. The center will span 60,000sqm of GLA with 136 stores across fashion, food & beverage and entertainment and a parking facility to accommodate 1,250 vehicles. This uniquely attractive asset has generated high levels of interest from Brand partners and potential tenants. As such, U Walk Jeddah is approximately 80% pre-let with openings progressing over the next few months. Leading F&B and lifestyle brands such as Nike, Bershka, Starbucks and 19V69 Versace opened their doors ahead of the Grand Opening with a host of brands to come including Victoria’s Secret, Adidas, Zara and Lululemon. A number of brands will be opening over the coming weeks ahead of pre-Ramadan trading. The financial impact of this center will appear on the Company's financial statements starting from the 1st quarter of 2024. |
