ACWA Power owns a 100% share in Komombo for Energy project. The project has a 25-Year Power Purchase Agreement with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) and a total investment cost of SAR 611 Million. The Company expects financial impact to be reflected from Q3 2024 onwards. |
