Please note that the Bank will announce the date for the 67th Extraordinary General Assembly meeting that will include the Board of Directors’ Election item for the next term after obtaining the necessary approval from the concerned authorities.

2. Submission of a written letter signed by the candidate expressly stating his desire to apply for Board Membership as per the Self Nomination Declaration Form, obtainable from the above Forms Link.

3. Filling out the Board Nomination Form for Board Election and making sure that it is signed by the applicant as per the form that can be obtained through the above Forms Link.

4. A summary of the applicant including his/her CV, qualifications, experiences, banking experience and banking activities (if any), and his/her signature on every page, as per the CV Form in the following link of CMA: https://cma.org.sa/RulesRegulations/FormsSite/Pages/default.aspx

5. Submit a statement of companies’ names or institutions that the applicant is directly or indirectly involved in managing, membership or in ownership, or which have a similar competitive business activity (If applicable), and to obtain the Form of Competitive Business Engagement Disclosure, and the disclosing of direct or indirect interest of the candidate in the business and contracts carried out on behalf of the Bank, from the above Forms Link.

6. Disclose any kinship relationship or any other type of blood or marital relationship that candidate has with the Bank’s major shareholders, senior executives, or with one of its external auditors.

7. Submit copies of the current valid Passport, National Identity Card, Family Registry Card, and colored personal Photograph for Saudi applicants, and copies of the current Passport, Resident ID (Iqama), Family Resident ID’s and colored personal Photograph for Expatriate/Non-Saudi applicants.

8. Complete filling the Fit & Proper Form issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), sign all its pages, and attach it in (Word) and scan (PDF) format along with the application form. 9. Submit the Membership Category Acknowledgment through the Independence Declaration Form (according to Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the Capital Market Authority CMA definitions) and attach it with the candidate application, and the form can be obtained from the above Forms Link.

10. An applicant who have served as member on Board of Directors of a joint stock company or a bank, shall provide a statement of the number and dates of his membership in those companies, and number and dates of board meetings held during each of his years of membership; the number of meetings he attended and his attendance ratio to total meetings, and the form can be obtained from the above Forms Link.
