| Announcement Detail | With reference to the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Monday 3rd June 2024. corresponding to 26th Dhul Qadah 1445, in which the members of the Board of Directors of Kingdom Holding Company (the “Company”) were elected for its new session, which begins its work as of 5th of June 2024 for a period of three years ending on 4th June 2027. The Company’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the decision of its Board of Directors, on 27th June 2024 corresponding to 21 Dhul-Hijah 1445 to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board and the formation of committees for the new session, and the appointment of the Board Secretary for its next term. First: appointment of His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Second: appointment of Dr. Lama Abdulaziz Al-Sulaiman as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Third: formation of the “Nominations and Remuneration Committee” and the appointment of the following members, and they are: Mr. Hisham Suleiman Al-Habib (chairman of the committee) Dr. Lama Abdulaziz Al-Sulaiman Ms. Reem Muhammad Asaad Fourth: formation of the “Audit Committee” and the appointment of the following members, and they are: Dr. Khaled Al-Sahim (chairman of the committee) Ms. Reem Muhammad Asaad Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al-Anzi Fifth: formation of the “Investment Committee” and the appointment of the following members, and they are: His Royal Highness Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (chairman of the committee) Engineer/ Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman Mr. Abdul Majeed Ahmed Saad Al-Haqbani Mr. Adel Abdulaziz Al-Abdulsalam Mr. Tamim Bassam Jaber A secretary of the Board of Directors has been appointed as well as representatives of Kingdom holding company for the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). |
