  Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of ^ (2,418,000,000) detailed as follow: 1.    Increase in issuance 08-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5332) by ^ 348,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 14,377,258,000. 2.    Increase in issuance 10-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5334) by ^ 35,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 20,221,205,000. 3.    Increase in issuance 12-04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by ^ 1,010,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 47,132,406,000. 4.    Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by ^ 1,015,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 49,167,845,000. 5.    Increase in issuance 15-01-2026 (Tadawul code: 5379) by ^ 10,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 15,361,225,000.   Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 14/05/2026.

  Due to Aldawaa Medical Services Co. and Morabaha Marina Financing Co. noncompliance with announcing the financial statements Period Ending on 31-03-2026 during the specified period mentioned in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations According to the Exchange’s authorities stipulated in the Listing Rules, and to the Procedures of Suspension of Listed Securities, The Saudi Exchange announces that it will perform the following: 1. Suspend the trading of Aldawaa Medical Services Co. and Morabaha Marina Financing Co. shares on the Exchange for one trading day, dated on Wednesday 26/11/1447, corresponding to 13/05/2026. 2. Aldawaa Medical Services Co. and Morabaha Marina Financing Co. shares will resume trading for twenty trading sessions starting from Thursday 27/11/1447, corresponding to 14/05/2026, following the one-day suspension, the companies are required to announce the financial statements before the end of Wednesday 02/01/1448, corresponding to 17/06/2026. 3. In case a company did not announce its financial statements during the period stated in point (2), trading of company shares will be suspended again starting from Thursday 03/01/1448, corresponding to 18/06/2026. until the company announces its financial statements.
